St. Louis Doula Project provides Community Based Childbirth Education with topics that include: Stages of Labor, Comfort Measures, Self-advocacy and more! Participants will also receive baby items and self-care kits.

The St. Louis Doula Project provides full spectrum doula support. Birth doula support availability is currently limited. Abortion Doula Support is currently available.

Mission
STLDP’s Mission is to ensure that those who have been historically, or are currently, marginalized because of their identities have access to meaningful and robust support by providing doula services and creating a collaborative space for doulas to root in the community, further develop their skills, and establish their vital role as advocates within St. Louis’ maternity care system.
Vision
To ensure that all St. Louis people have access to full spectrum doula support during pregnancy whether the outcome is live, stillbirth, abortion, or miscarriage.
